Terms of service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the TrueGantt application for Jira Cloud and this website. By installing or using TrueGantt you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may do so.
Your use of Jira itself is governed separately by your agreement with Atlassian. TrueGantt is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TrueGantt within your Atlassian instance for the term of your subscription. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
3. Free tier
Subscriptions for up to ten users are free and include all features. We may change what the free tier includes with 30 days' notice; we will not retroactively charge for a period you used free.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app; interfere with its operation; or use it to break the law or the rights of others.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to your data. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of dates written to your issues and for who in your organisation has edit permission.
6. Availability and support
Availability and support targets are set out in the SLA. The app is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for non-payment or material breach. Sections 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes, posted here and noted in the changelog. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
