Who we are
TrueGantt is a Jira Cloud application operated by GOAFFPRO LLC ("we"). You can reach us at hello@truegantt.com.
What the app processes
When you use TrueGantt we process the Jira issue data needed to draw and update the chart: issue key, summary, type, status, assignee display name, due date, your chosen start-date field, and issue links. All of it comes from your Atlassian instance, and it is processed only to provide the app's features.
We do not collect analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, or usage profiles.
Where data is stored
- In your Jira instance: start and end dates, written to issue fields you control.
- In Atlassian Forge storage: baselines and app configuration, held within your tenant's region.
We do not operate a database and do not copy your data outside Atlassian.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process this data to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of your legitimate interest in operating Jira efficiently (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
Retention
App data is retained while the app is installed. Uninstalling TrueGantt removes its Forge storage within 30 days. Data written to Jira issue fields remains in your instance and is governed by your own retention policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of app-stored data, its correction, or its deletion by writing to hello@truegantt.com. We respond within 30 days. Because most data lives in your instance, you can also export or delete it directly in Jira.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The app runs inside Jira and uses Atlassian's session, not ours.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will note it in the changelog and update the date above.
