How billing works
Payment is handled by Atlassian as part of your Jira subscription — the same invoice, the same card, the same tax treatment. We never see your payment details. You can change or cancel the plan from Atlassian Administration at any time.
Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve. Prices are in USD and exclude tax.
Fair pricing promise. If we raise a price, existing customers keep their current rate for twelve months. We will not re-price you into an upgrade.
